How it started

December 2009, a very patient wife called Jessica was trying to get her husband Gabriel to decide what he might like for Christmas. Inspiration hit just in time, and Jessica hurried down to her local brewing shop and managed to stagger up the road with everything that Gabriel would need to start brewing for himself. Gabriel first started brewing with kits, which we also will review on here, and then progressed to extract brewing. This blog will be a journey as Gabriel brews, Jessica cooks and they both sample some of the greatest beers from Europe and beyond.
